Omnia’s Update on COVID-19

Omnia Benefits continues to monitor the developing novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) situation.

At this time, we continue to be fully staffed with employees working remotely and are available to support clients and their staff via both email and phone.  We are available to help you navigate needs while your company may be operating remotely or during periods of minimal staffing.

Omnia Benefit Partners LLC has halted all business travel and asked our team to follow all CDC recommendations regarding personal travel.   We are continuing to encourage best practices such as staying home, covering coughs and sneezes with tissues or the inside of your elbow, frequent handwashing and sanitizing, and cleaning and disinfecting frequently-touched surfaces in all of our remote locations to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including coronavirus.  We are cancelling all unnecessary in-person meetings and enrollments and replacing them with video and phone conferences and asking clients to utilize online enrollment options with our support.

All information regarding possible illness will be treated as confidential Personal Health Information (PHI) protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
